Refund

The possibilities of exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order. Send us an email at hello@labourgeoisederenens.com specifying your order number, as well as the reason for return and your desire for an exchange or refund. Please attach a photo to your email if an item has arrived damaged. You must arrange the return at your convenience, at your expense. If it is an exchange, please return your received product to us and place an order again.

The right to withdrawal : Although all the products available on the online store of La Bourgeoise de Renens® are manufactured in Renens by La Bourgeoise de Renens® only when the order has been validated by the customer. The consumer has a period of fourteen days (14 days) to exercise his right of withdrawal except for so-called tailor-made and personalized products where the right of withdrawal cannot apply. All products may be subject to an exchange, a credit note or a refund except for those bearing a contrary mention: the products said to be tailor-made and personalized.

Confirmation: La Bourgeoise de Renens® will acknowledge receipt and will immediately send the customer an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium, in this case by e-mail. La Bourgeoise de Renens® will however ensure that the law is indeed applicable for the product ordered by the customer and if it is not a tailor-made product.

Product return: The customer must return or return his order to La Bourgeoise de Renens® without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the products before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

All the items having been worn and/or washed, the boxes damaged, any product not having remained in the original conditions as La Bourgeoise de Renens® gave it to the customer.
To be accepted by La Bourgeoise de Renens®: all items and packaging must be returned in their original condition as received by the customer. Only items returned in their original packaging (box, pouches, boxes, gift boxes, etc.) will be accepted.
La Bourgeoise de Renens® thus reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item depending on its quality. La Bourgeoise de Renens® may apply a discount to the product and its value if it is damaged.

Withdrawal not applicable: Withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; Sealed products which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Reimbursement: If the customer so wishes, La Bourgeoise de Renens® may issue a credit note for the purchase of another product on the La Bourgeoise de Renens® website equivalent to the total amount paid including delivery costs to the exception of the delivery costs offered and additional costs due under your option for an express delivery method or other than the standard delivery that we offer, without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

Guarantee & alteration service Right of conformity and guarantee. La Bourgeoise de Renens® guarantees that the products manufactured by it comply with the use expected of them, and do not present any hidden faults or defects making them dangerous or unsuitable for their normal use. a warning about magnetism and the risks for pacemaker carriers are highlighted above.

Alterations after-sales service La Bourgeoise de Renens® offers the customer product follow-up and so-called "touch-ups" for products of its brand only. To redo the central seam of a Renate®, fixing the ring or the magnetic band or the fixed or interchangeable termination.

If you are in Switzerland, nothing could be simpler:
- Contact La Bourgeoise de Renens® by email and make an appointment to come and drop off your Renate® so that she can redo the alterations (the delay will be around 2-3 days) and then you can come and pick up your Renate ® refurbished by La Bourgeoise de Renens®.
- Contact La Bourgeoise de Renens® by email, at which time La Bourgeoise de Renens® will validate your return and ask you to send your Renate® by post by registered mail (for safety and to minimize costs)
- the shipment is at your expense and the return will be at the expense of La Bourgeoise de Renens®.
- Take an A4 cardboard envelope, send only what is damaged, fold your Renate® on the flat length so that it fits in the envelope.
- Add on a sheet your name, first name, address and order number if you have it.
- Send your Renate® by registered post (please note that the delays are 1 to 3 days in Switzerland)
- Upon receipt, La Bourgeoise de Renens® will confirm receipt of your Renate®, and will do what is necessary to refurbish it.

The time requested is 2 to 3 days for the touch-up service - As soon as your Renate® is ready, La Bourgeoise de Renens® will inform you of its shipment (at its expense) the delivery time will be 2 to 3 days. This service is free the first time and will be charged for the second time. An estimate according to the alterations will be communicated to you. Please note that stains will not be cleaned by La Bourgeoise de Renens®. Damaged fabrics, holes worn by time cannot be replaced by La Bourgeoise de Renens®.

Right of return: In the event of receipt of a non-compliant Product, the Customer is authorized to return the non-compliant Product to La Bourgeoise de Renens® within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product. Return costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent postage due. The customer is responsible for the return delivery of the products to La Bourgeoise de Renens®. La Bourgeoise de Renens® will carry out a check on the non-conformity of the Product which, if confirmed, will automatically lead to reimbursement for the benefit of the Customer. This refund will be made to the bank account debited when ordering the Product within thirty (30) days after receipt by La Bourgeoise de Renens® of the non-compliant Product. This refund will also include the refund of the initial delivery costs. if all the Products delivered are returned. If the entire order is not returned in its entirety, no refund of the initial delivery costs will be made. Any risk related to the return of the Product remains the responsibility of the Customer.

Exchanges and returns - Exchange request: All products can be exchanged or refunded except for those marked otherwise, such as customization called "tailor-made" by La Bourgeoise de Renens®.
The customer can exchange for the same product in another size. Or exchange for another product of their choice, or request a credit note or reimbursement equivalent to the totality of the sums paid including the delivery costs with the exception of the delivery costs offered and additional costs due under your option for a express delivery method or other than the standard delivery offered by us.
The customer has fourteen days (14 days) from the day of the order to inform La Bourgeoise de Renens® of his intention to exchange a product. It is essential that the customer makes a return request by email from his customer area in order to obtain a return authorization number as well as for exchanges. The customer will however have to announce his new choice concerning the size, the new desired product or the request for credit or reimbursement.

Returns of the new product: Once the exchanged product has been received by La Bourgeoise de Renens®, the latter will send the new product to the customer. This will only be sent at the expense of La Bourgeoise de Renens® after receipt of the product returned by the customer.

To have If the customer wishes, La Bourgeoise de Renens® may issue a credit note for the purchase of another product on the La Bourgeoise de Renens® website equivalent to the total amount paid including delivery costs to the exception of the delivery costs offered and additional costs due under your option for an express delivery method or other than the standard delivery that we offer, without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. The validity period of the credit will be unlimited and will be in the form of a code given to the customer. The code will be used by the customer when placing a new order on the La Bourgeoise de Renens® website (code to be entered in the code area below the order summary) The calculation will be immediate and the reduction equivalent to the amount paid by the customer for his present order exchanged version have. This amount will be deducted from the chosen product. The code is only valid once. Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders are neither prepared nor shipped on weekends and public holidays.
